Non-Refundable Payments
The amount paid for our services is non-refundable. Once an invoice is generated, all decisions regarding refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between the client and the Company.
Payment Methods
Your further Commit to informing your bank that the payment made to the Company is genuine and that the transaction is an exception to your request for cancellation or chargeback. You agree to cooperate with the Company if it seeks to defend or represent the matter before any bank or authority.
No Refunds for Abandoned Applications
You understand and accept that no refund or transfer of the Company’s fees will be provided if you abandon your application or decide to discontinue the process for any reason after signing up for our services.
No Refunds for Service Switching
You understand and accept that no refund or adjustment of the Company’s fees will be made if you abandon the original service/process you initially engaged with and decide to switch to another service/process offered by the Company or opt for immigration to a different country.
